18 June 2022 One more day. Free and easy.

Sat was H's day. We planned to do anything she wanted. It meant eating, shopping since she won't have the time to do so by herself.

Since she stayed overnight, we set off for Watford town center to drop off her clothes to the donation center and then do a bit of shopping at atria Watford.

We combed Atria with a fine tooth comb, from the beginning of the mall to the end. She got a pair of Skechers.

Lunch as at Cafe Bianco, a cafeteria style place with simple food. Back to Cotsworld Outdoors, we did not manage to find anything suitable.

We picked up the car at ParkBee Citipark Watford Church. It was our second time parking there; the first was when we met her for dinner at Tarboush.

Then it was off to St Albans, a 20 min drive north. The temperature has taken a big dip. I got myself a smart and soft knitted sweater at M&S St Albans.  With that purchase, Pat got back his windbreaker.

We 'took shelter' from the cold in the St Albans museum. The kid and Pat had their tea in the courthouse. H is thoroughly amused at the courthouse setup and even more so, the cells-turned-toilets.

We got gifts from Hotel Chocolat and seeked respite from the cold at Waterstones. I could have bought a dozen of books but self control stopped me.

We got back to pick up the car at London Road car park (again our 2nd time there). There it is off to Atria Watford again for an early dinner at Iguanas.

We deposited her back home and made our way back to Homely. The night would be one of packing. Tomorrow we leave for Singapore.
